Welcome to RAASA™ Wellness Programs. By enrolling in any RAASA program, including Luxe Premium Week, Ignite, or Sustain Programs , or purchasing bundles, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

  1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  1. Company / RAASA refers to RAASA Wellness, its team, consultants, and collaborators, including five-star properties (e.g., Amattra Spa, Le Meridien and others ).
  2. Program refers to any RAASA service package, including Luxe Premium Week, Ignite, Sustain, retreats, workshops, or bundles purchased via website or invoice.
  3. Product Kits refers to physical wellness kits, curated bundles, supplements, ritual items, or any tangible products sold by RAASA.
  4. Client / Participant refers to the individual enrolled in the Program or purchasing Product Kits whose name appears in the invoice or registration form.
  5. Program Term refers to any additional terms specific to a particular Program.
  6. Program Duration refers to the defined period for which the Program is valid.
  7. Program Fees / Kit Fees refers to fees charged for the Program or Product Kit, as per invoice or website listing.
  8. Associates refers to RAASA employees, contractors, or third-party collaborators delivering program services like psychologists , sound healers , doctors , chiropractors , nutritionists , dietitians, alternate healing therapists or Product Kits, including partners at five-star properties.
  1. Purpose
  1. These Terms govern the transaction between RAASA and the Client for Programs, Product Kits, and bundles.
  2. Clients acknowledge RAASA may engage third-party collaborators, including five-star hotel and spa partners, for program delivery or kit fulfillment.
  3. By enrolling or purchasing, the Client consents to RAASA sharing relevant information with Associates for program fulfillment or delivery.
  4. Receipt of these Terms constitutes agreement to be fully bound by them and any Program- or Kit-specific terms.
  1. Program & Kit Fees, Payment & Activation
  1. Fees are detailed per Program or Product Kit and payable in advance.
  2. Activation or delivery is subject to receipt of full payment.
  3. Programs and Product Kits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in RAASA-initiated cancellations or defective kit items reported within 48 hours.
  4. Fees are non-refundable for any reason, including medical emergencies, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.
  5. Payment gateway failures or chargebacks will follow respective gateway terms.
  1. Enrollment, Eligibility & Cancellation
  1. Enrollment for Programs is confirmed only after full payment and registration.
  2. RAASA reserves the right to refuse enrollment for safety, suitability, or capacity reasons.
  3. Program start dates may be delayed at the Client’s request, prior to program commencement.
  4. Programs may be put on hold once per Program, for a maximum of two weeks, with prior approval.
  5. Cancellation by the Client after enrollment is not permitted.
  6. Product Kit purchases cannot be canceled or refunded, but defective items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery for possible replacement.
  1. Client Obligations & Covenants
  1. Clients must provide accurate and complete personal, health, and lifestyle information.
  2. Clients must follow program or kit guidelines, including diet, supplement, ritual, or activity instructions.
  3. Advice is personalized and non-transferable; it cannot be shared with others.
  4. Clients must consult their physician before starting programs or consuming kit products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or with chronic conditions.
  5. Clients acknowledge wellness, nutrition, and fitness recommendations are supportive, not medical advice.
  1. Medical, Wellness & Product Disclaimer
  1. RAASA Programs are not medical treatment.
  2. All nutrition, supplement, lifestyle, and wellness guidance is for informational purposes only.
  3. Product Kits are intended for general wellness; misuse or improper storage is the Client’s responsibility.
  4. RAASA and Associates are not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects from programs or Product Kits.
  5. Clients must consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any program or using kit products.
  6. Programs and Product Kits do not guarantee disease cures, magical outcomes, or instant results.
  1. Program & Kit Changes, Delivery & Modifications
  1. RAASA may alter schedules, facilitators, venues, or kit packaging due to operational needs.
  2. Minor changes in timing, sequence, or venue do not constitute breach of contract.
  3. Product Kit delivery may be delayed due to shipping, logistics, or partner-related issues. Clients will be informed promptly.
  1. Conduct & Participation
  1. Clients must act respectfully toward staff, facilitators, and other participants.
  2. RAASA may remove participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior; fees will not be refunded.
  3. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines during physical, spa, or energy-based sessions.
  1. Bundles & Product Kits
  1. Bundles and kits are curated to complement Programs but can be purchased independently.
  2. Product Kits are non-returnable and non-refundable, except defective or missing items reported within 48 hours.
  3. Clients are responsible for proper storage, adherence to instructions, and safe usage.
  4. Kits may contain supplements, ritual items, or perishable goods. RAASA is not liable for misuse, allergies, or improper storage.
  5. Vouchers for Product Kits are transferable/giftable, non-refundable, and without expiration.
  1. Five-Star Property Collaborations
  1. Certain Programs or retreats occur at partner five-star properties (e.g., Amattra Spa, Le Meridien and others ).
  2. RAASA may rely on property staff for operational support. Clients agree to follow property rules and staff guidance.
  3. RAASA is not liable for services or incidents directly under the property’s management.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. All RAASA content, frameworks, rituals, assessments, digital resources, and Product Kit designs/formulations are proprietary.
  2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  1. Liability & Safety
  1. Programs and Product Kits may include physical activity, nutrition guidance, emotional, or energy practices.
  2. Clients participate at their own risk.
  3. RAASA and Associates are not liable for injuries, illness, or adverse effects.
  4. Clients must inform facilitators of any health limitations prior to participation or kit usage.
  1. Confidentiality & Privacy
  1. Client information is kept confidential, except where needed for program delivery or kit fulfillment.
  2. Clients must maintain confidentiality of group discussions, exercises, and shared personal data.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
  1. Miscellaneous
  1. RAASA is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, property issues).
  2. RAASA may amend these Terms, Program Terms, or fees, with amendments communicated to Clients.
  3. Clients who do not accept amendments may terminate participation before program start; no refunds apply once programs have begun.
