Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all RAASA Programs, Bundles, and Product Kits purchased via the RAASA website, mobile platform, or partner booking channels. By enrolling or purchasing, you (“Client”) agree to this Policy.

  1. Programs (Luxe Premium Week, Ignite, Sustain, Retreats, Workshops)
  • All Program fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Clients may pause a Program once per duration (maximum 2 weeks) with prior written approval before Program start.
  • Program cancellations by the Client after enrollment are not permitted.
  • Refunds may only apply in the rare case of RAASA-initiated cancellations, in which case Clients may:
  1. Receive a full refund, or
  2. Transfer enrollment to a future session or Program date.
  • Fees are non-refundable for medical emergencies, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction.
  1. Product Kits & Bundles
  • All Product Kits and Bundles are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable, except in the case of defective or missing items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • RAASA may replace defective items at its discretion.
  • Clients are responsible for proper storage, handling, and adherence to usage instructions. RAASA is not liable for misuse, allergies, or improper storage.
  • Vouchers for Product Kits or Bundles are transferable/giftable, non-refundable, and have no expiration date.
  1. Unauthorized or Failed Payments
  • RAASA is not responsible for unauthorized transactions conducted using the Client’s payment card or internet banking.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized transactions; Clients are responsible for secure payment methods.
  • Refunds due to payment gateway errors or chargebacks will follow the respective gateway terms and conditions.
  1. General Conditions
  • Refunds cannot be claimed for partial program participation.
  • All purchases are considered final at the time of payment.
  • By purchasing or enrolling, Clients explicitly agree to this Refund Policy.
